Ok Craigs fan… I have had enough. I decided to take on the spammers and scammer that use it to collect emails by posting fraudulent ads. I you have MS Office and Excel (2003 at least) you can eliminate spam for good on Craigs. Send me an email or visit my blogsite for screen shots on the spreadsheet that kills spam. You just need a mouse to use it. The new firefox browser works best as you can open a dozen or so tabs at a tiem to compare ads from several different cities (including your own of course) to help flag scumbag spammers.

Free Craigs List from spammer scumbags!
Ok Craigs fan… I have had enough. I decided to take on the spammers and scammers that use it to collect emails by posting fraudulent peraonals ads. I you have MS Office and Excel (2003 at least) you can eliminate spam for good on Craigs. Send me an email or visit my blogsite for screen shots on the spreadsheet that kills spam. You just need a mouse to use it. The new firefox browser works best as you can open a dozen or so tabs at a time to compare ads from several different cities (including your own of course) to help flag scumbag spammers.
1) copy and paste the peronsals topic you want clean( LTR m4w, casual encoutners w4m, etc.)
2) the whole page into the spreadsheet (you need MS excel 2003)
3) select all column and row data
4) sort the links by column E and then column C to elimated the date
5) click on the sorted links to compare cities and find the spam
6) in Mozilla Firefox tabs it is easy to compare ten or ads at once.
7) flag the scumbags!!!
